The marketplace acts as a item sync and a way for players to make money. It does both of these things well.

Definitely something I've always been a fan of implementing into this game some way or another. Beginner quests, goals and achievements are great ideas to motivate players to continue playing and get into the game, because in my opinion a big reason why our player return rate late isn't as high as it could be is the lack of engagement the server offers to the player unless they are dedicated. Those that aren't the best with their aim or communication skills would definitely enjoy something like this.

I always thought that a big zombie of sorts that gave out an alert on the map when spawned with extreme speed and strength would be interesting concept to go into, and something that would potentially band together players, like a world event in an RPG such as Black desert. However at the same time we do need to understand this server has always been a PvP heavy environment and that's what our players play the game for. Increasing the quantity of zombies however is something i'm not particularly for. I say this because as an admin and having the ability to noclip around the map for whatever the reason may be, I get a Birdseye and firsthand view of all of the zombies that are on the map and I don't feel like the quantity we have currently is something that needs to be changed. Perhaps shifting the amount of zombies into a more concentrated environment where players are more likely to be, rather than have them roaming around the outskirts of the map would be something that might help add a more PvE experience. However right now I think the PvE experience, especially for new players, is in a really good spot right now.

I'd like to hear footsteps over ambience, so unless the ability to toggle the music was available I can't imagine a lot of players would like it

Rewards and a positive incentive for being a more friendly player is something that has always been brushed over and brought up here and there in the past. Would be interesting to hear what kind of ideas you guys have.

Neutral on my end for the time being. While we have just recently picked up another administrator for the team, I think you show lot of promise. I'd definitely like to see this application stay up.
