After discussion in admin chat and on here, it has been decided by a majority of the staff team that the evidence here is either lackluster or they just don't believe it shows Calidoso hacking. Personally I agree for the most part, although there are parts that still hold some suspicion in my head, although that doesn't really matter at this point. I'm going to be unbanning you and I want it to be clear this ban is not solely on Kalder since I was the one who told him to go through with it after seeing the BLog photos.
Appeal Accepted.

Apologies for the wait, we generally like applications to have a decent amount of feedback before we accept, but it seems like you have enough support. Application Accepted.

His ban was put down to a day, personally I don't believe his ban should've been extended at all given the reasons I was told, but the time is up so I'm just going to go ahead and accept this appeal.

yeah peat got the kill, that just means cali got 100% of the damage done in that altercation between volt.

I got the kill on Volt. Looks like this will be an accepted appeal 🙂 Me killing volt
Cali got the kill, you did damage. Kalder is posting the log.

I don't think this should be judged on likelihood. It wouldn't seem fair to players who tryhard to get judged on the chances of doing a play. I don't see enough evidence for this to be a permanent ban. In the video, there was no flicking or tracking onto players. Lots of shots were fired and lots of them missed. We used background knowledge to help pinpoint the area of the enemies location, as well as using the xp gained from combat when shooting to know if we were shooting in the correct area.
It's this part which really makes me hella suspicious. A lot of shots were fired, but that doesn't mean he wasn't using ESP. Granted I have also questioned a lot as to why a person who is known to hack a lot on other games/gamemodes would be this blatant, so there are seeds of doubt in my head.

The room size is fairly small all things considered. Spamming is bound to yield some results, and it's possible this was luckier than usual. Near the end of the video, the corner gets spammed once he's coming down and he even walks towards the door to bait more shots on the other side of the house, which prompts a few bullets on the front wall to get spammed (all missing him). I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt, that room is small enough, and if the second kill wasn't even cali's, then it'd be more likely luck than anything else.
Calidoso killed volt. I agree it's possible that happened, but the likelihood that he gets all 3 like that is extremely uncommon, although I'm not saying it's impossible.

Whilst I agree with the defense for the corner kill, the kill on Volt and especially Ryo is enough for me to be sure Calidoso was using ESP. No amount of sound whoring can help you track people through walls like he did, especially when Ryo (Morgan) is going up those stairs.
Either way we'll have a proper discussion about this with multiple staff members available to give input, therefore I'm going to go ahead and say that anyone who wishes to give constructive feedback may, but I want it to stay civil and on topic.

This was Craven Moorhead, I'll be increasing his ban from 12 hours to a day. Request Accepted.

Bullyhunter/Vladimir has already received a punishment for this among other actions. Request Closed.

There were initial intentions to make the party size dependant on overall levels of players, to avoid skilled veteran members teaming up in 8 stacks wiping the server. It was decided for the mean time that groups would be limited to 4 people as a way to combat what I said above, at least temporarily.
Personally I find 4 to be more than enough, but I do understand this perspective.

I'm going to give you the chance to re-apply for membership when you've made more of an impact on the community, I also notice you haven't been on the forums in about 2 weeks but I'm not going to fault you for that.

Since I'm reinstated I'm going to go ahead and accept this appeal. This is your second chance, don't waste it.

I'm going to be denying this appeal due to you still not wishing to be honest about why you were banned, I've quoted the key part in which I believe shows a continuation in your dishonesty. With that said feel free to appeal your ban in 2 weeks if you are willing to show honesty.

so a guy running around with aimbot and walls gets a 2nd chance but me over here with one little script that barley works gets a -1? makes sense....
Honesty gets a user a second chance. The fact you call it "one little script" not only shows your lack of honesty but care for what you did. I'm going to wait for the banning admin @Rolchax, to show his evidence of Aim Assistance before I make a judgement.

+1 Aside from his permanent ban and the ban I issued for racial slurs, Oscar is an overall really friendly guy and since his punishments I've only seen him interact well within the community.

+1 Pretty active and only had friendly interactions with the guy. Also helped @Danmake some shirts for CityRP.

This guy is one of my bans prior to resigning. He waited a good minute to appeal and has been honest so I'm all for it.

In all the clips shown below (clips you've already seen) show aim assist. No normal player's aim will jitter like that, it is clear workings of a trash aim assistance.
EDIT: Forgot to add this from today lmao

Tiggerus is correct here, FearRP does not apply if the user has an immediate way to defend themselves. Request Denied.
