All im saying is that Dan expects this shit too get 2 servers at 64 people but the community is already non functioning community with staff members from dayz who know nothing of DarkRP rules and come on and just farm (atleast when I played for 2 weeks), with the content Dan is adding in it is turning into a glorified VR chat where only people who pour their hearts out onto the server will have good guns and will lose them to beefy cops who have them.. Cant even roll around in gangs cus its to hard to get people to play for the Crime RP when it takes like 4 years to get a gun and even when you have a gun you cant Mug more than one person per 24 hours????? Like if u wanted the server to be VR chat just let people know... No disrespect to Dan and Xavier since they damn well know how to code and shit but they need to listen better if they want a successful server, Dan seems way to quick to dismiss good ideas that have worked on other popular servers that are either gone or still up....

1 - Member applications have always taken time to go through, people such as @phoon waited around 6 months to get accepted, given the dayz server was pretty dead for that time frame.

2 - Got updated a week ago, with more than just a cinema edition, since Xavier spent a fucking week+ changing the cars so people would stop complaining, which he has successfully done, although some tweaks may be needed.

3 - I agree, the whole dumb rating things as of recent have been stupid and pretty annoying, and I'm assuming that the ones who have -1'd have an idea of what you are like.

4 - In all fairness I should've put those 2 bans as "toxic behaviour" since what you were doing was just that, I should've also contacted you and been more lenient although from what I had seen days prior to the situation I wanted to make a point. I apologies for not being clear beforehand.

5 - Dan is going to balance stuff, he is working hard to push out new editions, and peoples constant messages of complete entitlement just hurts the morale.

6 - You've literally been around a couple weeks, not saying that that's a bad thing, but you need to get into the community first before rushing for an admin position.

7 - Yeah that's pretty stupid.

Dan expects it to get players when he has properly done what he plans on doing. If bugs appear, he aims to fix them and that can take time which delays things. The constant complaining and blatant entitlement from players new to the community who understand nothing of how hard Dan and Xavier have been working is frankly annoying. Dan dismisses ideas as to which he disagrees with, not to mention him and Xavier are starting on the gang system earlier than they intended due to the whining from players.

Your car is no excuse for how clearly you purposefully rammed his car at the start, you then proceed to continue ramming it. Not to mention you have a history of purposefully ramming cars with Calidoso. I also made this decision with Josh.

As I said before, I don't believe the incident which resulted in his 2HR ban was that serious. He simply followed around someone even after they asked him to stop, ramming into him many times and it resulted in the RDM of said player. Changing to Neutral for now though.

I personally stand by not killing players who present a threat. I'd like to possibly suggest Zip Ties. Players can craft/buy these (relatively cheap) and they work like Handcuffs, another player can press E onto them to untie them. Possibly Zip Ties could also prevent them from typing /911.

You weren't banned for what took place in that video, you received no punishment whatsoever. Feel free to think of it as bias, I simply have seen you failrp so many times and in my personal opinion you needed to be banned. I understand it may be a bit long so I'm fine with it being lowered by a day (or so). Last post I'll make unless asked to do otherwise.

You visibly have no intent to roleplay a situation out. Every experience I have had with you is either you driving around (into people, either by accident or not), farming and shooting people in the back of the head. You are simply ruining the experience for other players, shown by your actions.

If someone is pointing a gun at you, you need to get out, it was clear you had no intention of doing so as you tried to drive off as he shot your tire, with you still clearly being in his eyesight. You have also broken FearRP multiple times before and so I'll being giving you an hour ban.

You see a fairly new player go around and begin telling players that RDM is punishable in the server and will lead the player to receive a permanent ban.
Answer: GmodZ: I would privately talk to the player that is claiming RDM is a thing on the server, and inform them of the said server being a PVP server, therefore RDM not being a rule. If he continued from then on it would evolve from a warning to kick and then to timed bans due to the spamming. 

DarkRP: I would also privately talk to the player and inform him that whilst he is correct that RDM is against the rules, it will not instantly result in a permanent ban, and will rather go up in multiple times depending on the number of offences. If he continued to threaten people with permanent bans and refused to stop, I would silence/warn him for a small amount of time.

What would be the best way to handle this situation?
You witness a fellow admin abusing his/her powers by noclipping for loot multiple times.
Not only does he/her noclip for loot, but kills people while being noclipped as well.
Answer: I would confront said admin about their actions, whilst recording the evidence of this abuse, and either way the conversation turns out I would end up handing in the evidence to a Council Member.

A player begins stating that he's going to grab another player's IP address after being killed in-game. That's all the information that is provided.
Answer: I would take what the player said as evidence, and give them a lengthy ban for this is a very serious threat and shouldn't be taken lightly under any situation.

You see a CSi. member harassing players and being an overall toxic player to other players within the DayZ server and Discord
Answer: I would ask the member to quit what he is doing as he is a representive of the community and should know better than to harass and be toxic to players. If he continues to not change his behaviour I would begin by giving him a short ban to see if he changes his attitude, if he continues to act toxic to other players, his next ban(s) would have more time added.
