Thanks for making an appeal, here's what I found last night from reviewing my recorded demo:

I'd like to preface this first clip by saying that the MP5's recoil doesn't need to be compensated for in such a severe manner like you'll see in the video, and I'll follow up with another clip of a different player who also uses the MP5 against zombies for comparison.

The same erratic behavior can be found in these other two clips, shown at 50% speed for clarity:

Your gun never seems to show any signs of climbing up when you burst fire or spray, even if you take into account natural recoil compensation. Instead it looks like your MP5 is having an epileptic fit. As long as I've been here, I have never seen anyone else's gun behave like this if they weren't found out to be cheating later on in a recorded demo.

Our anti-cheat takes great care with banning people and the system only bans those who it knows for a fact are cheating. I highly doubt that the system is wrong in this case.

After discussing with the other staff members, we have decided to reduce your ban to 2 weeks.

Thanks for making an appeal, here's the evidence as promised in our conversation last night.

The first case of an obvious lock on through both the wall and when the other player jumps out into the staircase. Before this, the player had crouched all the way up the stairs and into the open door, then you conveniently ran down after he had done so and you closed the door on him before baiting your friend to open it and die. All of this was done without any vision of the other player whatsoever.

A second case of obvious aimlock when this player runs up the staircase.

This one is the longest and is the point where I banned you because I had seen enough. About a minute is cut from this because you were simply standing at the stairs waiting for the dude on the other side of the door to walk in, but you accidentally hit your aim key and locked onto him behind the wall.

Unlike most players who have made an appeal, you were honest in what you did and have accepted all of the evidence that has been presented. That's a positive mark in my book. However, I feel like you came to me as a last resort after you couldn't evade your original ban. It would have been better for you to just make an appeal from the get go instead of trying to use a second and third account. Since you have shown some sympathy and regret for ruining the experience of other players, I would like to hear more opinions from other staff on this.

There is clearly a cheat on your screen, lying is not a good way to get unbanned when there's obvious evidence against you.

If the other banning admin @Kalderwould like to post his evidence he's free to do so, but you have tried to skirt around your original ban multiple times today.

You've been a long-time player on the server and have been active and involved with the community during your time here. It would be awesome to have you as an official member.

Since the original ban is recent I'm sure the other admin still has the evidence for it.

Like I said in our DM, these bans are automatic and are done by the anti-cheat system. If you weren't cheating, then the anti-cheat would have no reason to ban you in the first place.

Two weeks after that you get auto-banned by the console because of steam family sharing with the [Anti-Lox] account:

And that brings us to the present day:

Two days ago you were blocked from joining on the [Anti-Lox] account which has since been renamed to "kevi," so you didn't really try to hide the fact that you were evading your ban with this fresh account that you're appealing for.

To get the most clarity from these clips I played them at half speed. Excuse the poor framerate as well 🙂 

Here is your first major offense, you snap to the first dude to exit the car and then instantly lock onto the other person still inside before turning your aimlock off to make it seem like the first few bullets were lucky shots.

This is the instance that you're referencing and the one that another person called you out for in global chat. You didn't kill him because your aimlock was switching back and forth between two different people, one of whom you would've never been able to see at all as indicated by the red outline on the player model in the distance.

Not as major of an offense as the other 3 clips here, but you can clearly see the snap in all 3 shots that you take.

This one is definitely your crowning achievement, you managed to snap to all 3 of their heads in an instant.

I appreciate the honesty in the appeal, but another account was flagged this morning and yesterday that matched the other accounts you have tried to use to evade your ban.
