George posted your evidence and his reasoning along with some posts you made. These lead me to believe that you 1) cheated and used appeals as a last resort, and 2) you don't have a good attitude towards George because he was the banning admin at the time despite you being in the wrong.

No one should "live in fear" of any administrator. We are not here to terrorize players for things, we are here to uphold a standard so that the server can be a hospitable place for all players. This includes monitoring and filtering chat. Global chat is readable by all online, and even things said to specific people can cause harm to others or reputation.

The ban has already been reduced to one week after discussing with other admins and reconsidering on my end. If people avoid rules while admins aren't online, then it's a show of character imho. Intentions will never excuse an end so long as it willingly breaks server rules.

I went ahead and looked through sourcebans myself to see if you had just forgotten about the server since it had been a year since playing, but I found myself really disappointed when I saw you tried to connect at 16:37 on your banned account before connecting at 17:07 on your steam shared account. I wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt here, but I don't think that using appeals as your last resort should be acceptable. Appeal denied.

Anyone is free to give input on an appeal as it's a community issue to deal with cheaters. It also allows people to check admins if they believe a ban is unfair or the evidence provided is lackluster in their opinions.

That anticheat lua mismatch has to be fixed in order to play, which means you knew about it. DAC also bans you upon connection and shows you the same menu as any other ban. 

 I'm not interested in hearing you plead ignorance when it just isn't possible. Appeal denied.

Unfortunately, CONSOLE Anticheat bans are not prone to human error. Your application is denied.

Just another quick input, this sounds good and well, but I would like you to name one other server that bans players and "allows" them to rejoin on another account. You were able to tell your friend "I can't play, I'm banned" or "let's play a different server", but instead you decided to play on an alt on a server you knew you were banned on. That's negligence at best, and a malicious attempt to play again at worst. 

It's kinda like getting kicked out of a restaraunt for stealing food. You don't tell your friend to come eat with you at that place again right after you got booted. There is no rule for that, it just IS an evasion attempt.

While I believe that your appeal was closed a tad early, this was an issue that the owner took great expense and time dealing with. It honestly doesn't matter who you kept it to, it doesn't make the situation any better. What I can suggest is re-appealing in 2 weeks' time and we'll re-evaluate it.

We do greatly appreciate honesty, but I feel like Kalder hit the nail on the head with the evasion attempt. A majority of the time, any evasion attempts someone has will greatly affect the outcome of an appeal because of it. More often than not, this means they do not get unbanned regardless of the severity of their ban reason.

If you were to get un-perma'd, I would vote for a 2 month extension starting at your last evasion at the least.

Due to a lack of compelling evidence, I'm going to dismiss this ban. Appeal Accepted after more discussion with the banning admin and other impartial admins.

Admitting to cheating is honorable and I'm willing to lift your permanent sentence. Unfortunately your actions do affect other people, like your brother.

While you will eventually be given your second chance, it would be unfair to have you play without repercussions. You will still receive a 6 week sentence before you are able to play again. Your brother and any other family or friends who share your location will also have to wait, and you will have to explain to them why they cannot play on our servers.

In the future, be mindful of who you affect with your decisions.

To prevent cheaters from swapping accounts, claiming they're someone else, and then doing it all again. 🙂 I hope this answers your question.

Yes, found it. He was found using cheats, and unfortunately we can't unban the ip for one specific account. He will have to make an appeal.

Do you have any idea which account the ban is on? And could you send that profile link if possible.

Can you try connecting to the server again? I'll be able to see where the connection is.

This ID isn't in our bans list. You should be able to play?

Could you post your steam profile page then? Also the name of the account you used.

I'm going to re-open this as I don't find this to be sufficient. We will continue discussing.

Thanks for the report, he was well aware of our rules as many members and admins warned him. This request has been accepted with a 1 day ban for his first infraction.

I'm actually not fully convinced by this clip because it's true that you can apply the 4x scope to the ak-12, and with the demo playback theres around 12 ticks that kind of throw off aim and reactions. If you slow down your live recording, he doesnt snap over until the player appears, which is at least plausible. I'd personally like to see more before any decision is made.

Wrong on all counts here, chief. He has a long list of cheaters and toxic players banned, including yourself. He is involved and plays the game fairly to ensure a pleasant experience for all users, and from what he posted, he's doing his job well imho.
