Explain your story: I killed the guy, said "Sorry bruv ya spooked me" and then he called me "such a n*gger" for no reason?

What length of a punishment do you feel necessary?: Probably just a warning to be honest. Its not like my game has been ruined or anything, at most I am submitting this just so there is a paper trail to look back on if they are a problem in the future. I think its important kids learn slurs are not something you want in your daily vocabulary, hence the report. Maybe a ban for an hour or two if they would see it to get the message across.

What length of a punishment do you feel necessary?: Maybe a temp gag? Maybe just tell them to not do that? I leave it up to staff's discretion, I'm new to the server and don't personally know anyone here well enough to know if its a repeat offender or how this is usually handled.

Oscar's Unban Appeal

I submitted the first toxicity report against Oscar for calling a guy who was speaking English with an accent "such a fucking ni**er" and telling him to kill himself. (No it was not in jest, you can watch the clips yourself.) I don't know how he has so many positive comments defending him, if he's this toxic even 5% of the time (likely considering the two bans) I don't think he can function here.
When you take into account the two toxicity bans, plus him attempting to evade and obviously lying about it; this should be an auto deny in my mind.
