Yes. Cheating. I admit I was and I honestly don't mind the ban. Just want to report this so others come out and share their experience with this person and or make their own reports.

Not that I know of. 

Explain your story: 

                        Recently I was on the server doing my thing before getting on to go do IRL errands and when I decided to hop on hours later. I got the ban. I read it and spoke  to another admin to see where I can find George and speak to him personally. I directed myself to George, proceeding to ask him why I was banned and if there was any evidence. He proceeded to give me the passive aggressive response which I honestly did not appreciate but kept my composure and still nicely spoke to him about me wanting to see the clip to plan out if it would be worth appealing. He practically didn't care and wanted me to do it anyways. In my opinion, he wanted to make me do the appeal as a form of public humiliation, but I agreed to do the appeal. I knew I was cheating. I wanted to see what was stacked against me before I do any form of fighting against the ban. I posted the appeal and he posted the clip. I saw the video and I gave up on trying. I laughed from the clip, hoping there was more than a 7 second video. George sadly, proceeded to insult me, calling me a retard and resulted in blocking me in the end.

What length of a punishment do you feel necessary?:

    Whatever kind of punishment the highers see fit.  I just found it unacceptable of his behavior. I don't care if it was either professional or more relaxed. It's a gmod server after all. There's no reason to insult others. And after my brief altercation with him, I felt as if he's prone to falling into this aggressive attitude and I'm not the only person he's done this to. I know what I did was wrong and I take full responsibility, but he should also be accountable for how he presents himself to players before he ends up single highhandedly turning people from the server. I thank for whoever reads this without a bias due to my ban.
