If it was pointless then you shouldn’t have cheated in the first place, as with every cheater.

Your SteamID is actually STEAM_0:1:95176515 and you were banned for cheating, less than two months ago at that.  I have a hard time believing that two months is a sufficient amount of time for someone who has cheated to wait to be unbanned.

Crouch walking doesn't make any noise.  Alt walking is only silent client-side, so other players can still hear you.  Just crouch walk.

You were banned because you were using a multihack.  Cheaters ruin the fun for everyone.

What length of a punishment do you feel necessary?: For the amount of toxicity and blatant homophobia that should not be tolerated on our servers, permanent.

Both of them called me racial slurs. Vito called me the n-word with hard r in voice chat and Pog Champ called me the n-word with hard r in text chat. I don't actually have a clip of Vito calling me it, but he essentially admits it with the text.

Three perk ideas.

1. Magical Gift - Spawn with one scroll of safety everytime you respawn.  Essentially guarentees one trip to the safezone everytime you spawn.  Of course, you could tweak it to where there is only a 25 or 50 percent chance that you spawn with it, or that you cannot use it until 120 seconds have passed after spawning. 

2. Moon Shoes - Take reduced fall damage. Plain and simple.

3. Tough Grit - Make quieter/ no sound when taking damage.  Normally when you take damage your character will scream or make a noise with their mouth.  This perk either significantly reduces that noise or gets rid of it altogether.

    What are you able to bring to the CSi community: I'm an active member of the Garry's Mod servers as well as the Discord.  I enjoy being a part of the community and I try to make the experience of people that I play with the best possible experience they can have.

I think it's a great idea, but make it widely available to newer players by making it much cheaper than the other perks. It could serve as an introduction as to how beneficial perks can be and can give new players something to work towards.

That ban came and went, along with that toxic attitude. Say what you will about me, but you don't know what I was going through at the time of that ban. That doesn't excuse the behavior, but know that I won't let myself stoop to that level of toxicity under any circumstance ever again. Also, I never lied about anything regarding the ban evasion. I genuinely did not know that connecting to the server using a different account was against the rules.  I'm sorry that the only experience you've had with me has not been good, and I hope every experience since will be positive.

It always seems that when things start to get tense or when the accused faces opposition, the argument of a 'friend' did ___, or I did ___ for a 'friend', etc. always comes up instead of accepting the responsibility of the ban. 

I don't know you, and I don't know your intent. I just know that I've seen these defense claims used as an excuse a countless times across countless platforms.

I completely admit to using another account to connect to the server, but my intentions were not to evade a ban. I can definitely see how "doing it for a friend" can seem like a pretty weak excuse, however I'm not really trying to use it as an excuse, more of just a reason on why I did it. The action should not be excused as clearly it is also breaking the rules and should be equally punished, regardless of whether or not I knew about the rule or what my intentions were.

If you were to get un-perma'd, I would vote for a 2 month extension starting at your last evasion at the least.

I was not aware that using another account was against the rules, it makes sense to me now why it wouldn't be allowed. I wasn't meaning to evade a ban, I just didn't know if I was IP banned or if it was just my account, because my friend comes over and plays with me sometimes and I didn't want him to get banned. If I truly wanted to ban evade, I would've just made a new steam account and bought the game and used a vpn.
