1. All transactions directly fund expensive dedicated server costs. Extra funds go directly to the developers to support their hard work and dedication.
2. The packages you purchase come with no warranty whatsoever.
3. All transactions are permanent once activated and therefore non-refundable, this means you are not entitled to a refund shall your account be terminated due to a breach of our ToS.
4. Our administrators reserve the right to terminate your account at any time if they judge your behavior inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to: Cheating, Verbal abuse, Personal assaults, etc.
5. Initiating a chargeback or claim through either your credit card company or the payment processing platform will result in a permanent ban. This causes additional fees and waste of time for all parties involved. If you are unsatisfied or made the purchase by mistake, please contact us to request a refund. You will be entitled to a refund provided that you have not yet accessed the purchased packages.
6. Failure to respect these terms and conditions will get the individual permanently barred from our services.
7. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without notice.

Our operations are fully compliant with the Facepunch Community Server and Hosting Guidelines / Terms of Service which, at the time of writing, cover Garry's Mod and explicitly state: 

"You are free to run private, unofficial or community servers for our Games.
You can do anything you like with them, as long as they comply with these guidelines,
are fairly labelled to players and comply with the law.
Yes, you are allowed to monetise your Servers"
