If so, tell us why: I am not sure ( I am pretty sure they got warned for rdming me previously) If they have been banned, how many times?: N/A Explain your story: I had just joined the server, spawned my car then drove to real estate I was going to buy a house and do some weed while going to buy the property i noticed a red car watching me after i bought the property i went to go to it but quickly realised i was being followed by the red car it continued to follow me for awhile until i drove up near cabins and pulled a gun on him(Putting him under fear rp) and telling him to leave he did not leave and decided to drive up some more then got out of the vehicle and fired at me and killed me.
